My life is again full of sound.  The birds are back – the chirp of the gold finches as they gather around their feeding sock – the whir of hummingbird wings as they sip their nectar, and the varied songs of the mockingbirds.  I now can hear the rain on the roof and most importantly – the voices of my friends and loved ones.

All of my experiences with the folks at CHAC were excellent.  The initial contact was very friendly and inviting.  They conducted all phases of the appointment with extreme professionalism and a caring attitude making me feel very comfortable and confident.  When it was determined that I needed an upgrade for my hearing aids I was given several options with no pressure to purchase a particular model.  I was given a thorough explanation of each model and the benefits of each.  For my particular requirements there were 3 model levels suggested.  I chose the one which I felt met my needs and have been thoroughly satisfied.  I am very happy that I made the decision to change my hearing care provider and recommend Chico Hearing Center to anyone who needs to “hear” better.

Rarely do I take pen and time in hand and praise those near and dear to me.  The relationship between you and your staff and myself is exemplary.  Exemplary…so commendable as to serve as a model.

Our affair…  (business relation) has been going on for better than 10 years now and I have yet to have a bad experience.  On the contrary, although very infrequent, I look forward to having trouble with my devices so I can swing by and see all of you.  Maybe even leave a song or two on departure.
