Deanna Mc Coy, ACA*, BC-HIS**, Hearing Aid Dispenser

Deanna is a *Certified Audioprosthologist, through the American Conference of Audioprosthology, having completed a comprehensive course of upper level education in hearing instrument fittings. This far surpasses all state requirements for selling fitting and adjusting hearing instruments.  She is also **Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, exceeding the skills and code of ethics for her license as a hearing aid dispenser. Required continuing education and training on the most current technology and studies provides knowledge to serve you with a higher standard of care. Deanna has been here for 19 years, leading the office and training her staff for the past 15 years.

Angela Munoz, BC-HIS*, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser

Angela joined the staff in 2011 as a front office assistant.  Though she was a valuable asset in that position, she enjoyed helping clients with their hearing aids and longed to do more.  When the position opened for a hearing aid dispenser, she did not hesitate to jump at the chance to further her training and be able to help clients more. She quickly completed her the first steps of training, passed all tests, and became licensed. Through continued education, she has now become *Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She enjoys being able to help bring back what is missing to the hearing impaired she serves.
